PL5 PATHWAYS

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO…

Together with funding from the National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund we aim to create meaningful, sustainable access to volunteering, up-skilling, and training pathways in Ernesettle, Honicknowle, and Whitleigh - areas North of the A38.

Working with local residents and trusted partners such as Four Greens Community Trust, Whitleigh Community Trust and Barnardo’s Family Hub, we’ll co-design these opportunities based on community needs.

Our wraparound approach includes confidence building workshops, one-to-one support, and accredited training to enhance employability.

With a strong focus on supporting isolated individuals and those facing medical or personal barriers, we’ll integrate mental health support, craft and social activities, and volunteering to foster long-term wellbeing and engagement within the community.
