Community Development Manager.

Pippa has worked for the Trust for the last 8 years and has 25 + years of youth and community work experience. Managing buildings, projects, budgets and staff teams, but importantly ensuring work is embedded in the community.

Green Connector.

Joanna is a qualified teacher, but her passion is for the natural environment, she is highly regarded across the city for the work she does encouraging people to get involved in nature projects, mindful community walks and foraging.

Finance Officer

Chair of the Trustees.

Barry has lived in or around the estate for many years and his gift is connecting, engaging and encouraging people in the community to get involved.

Ian works a business manager for a local GP surgery; he has a real understanding of social prescribing and helped set up the CIO back in 2018.

Kirsty is our trustee who specialises in finances, having worked in debt management for many years her organisational eye for detail is invaluable.

Dominck is our media and comms expert; his day job is running a CIC Viewhear that specialises in film making for neurodiverse communities and supporting trauma informed approaches.

Star is our community expert; she works with many groups across the community and makes sure the Trust is responding to community need.
