Join Our Board of
Trustees
Whitleigh Community Trust is looking for new Trustees to join our board. You don’t need any previous experience of being a trustee – what matters most is your passion for making Whitleigh an even better place to live, work and play.
We would love to hear from residents who know and love Whitleigh – people who understand the community, care about its future and want to shape it for the better. We welcome applications from people with a wide range of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences, and those who are currently underrepresented within the community.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
At Whitleigh Community Trust, diversity and inclusion are fundamental values that guide everything we do. We believe that embracing diversity in all its forms leads to better ideas, stronger collaboration, and more creative solutions – helping us build a kinder, fairer, and more resilient community.
Skills and Experience
While no specific background is required, we would particularly welcome applications from people with professional or lived experience in any of the following areas:
Human Resources.
Fundraising.
Community Development and Community Play.

If you don’t have experience in these areas but want to make a real difference in our community, we’d still love to hear from you.
